我没有深究，但我估计此言不假，看它的代码说明页面（https://polarssl.org/source-code）就可以看出，模块之间耦合较少，比较清晰，十分有利于将相关代码嵌入到自己的项目中；而且代码自身带着很多注释，在函数定义处对参数很好的描述。
