也谈tomcat之启动就报exception starting filter struts2 java.lang.ClassNotFoundException

昨天还用的好好的，今天新建一个项目后就开始报错。

郁闷至极，找了好多文章，花了5个小时。到现在，终于因apache的一封读者来信（mailing list）,有种醍醐灌顶的感觉。

我把struts的jar包放到了自定义名字的folder里，结果导出的war包里也有，而不像网上所说的里面没有。

贴解答如下：
