症状：
在RHEL7或者OL7上安装Oracle 11.2.0.4 软件时因为下列报错而失败：

安装日志显示下面的错误：

usr/bin/ld: /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/sysman/lib//libnmectl.a(nmectlt.o): undefined reference to symbol ‘B_DestroyKeyObject’/usr/bin/ld: note: ‘B_DestroyKeyObject’ is defined in DSO /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/lib/libnnz11.so so try adding it to the linker command line /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/lib/libnnz11.so: could not read symbols: Invalid operation collect2: error: ld returne INFO: d 1 exit status

未公开的bug 19692824

解决方法：
01) 忽略 Oracle 11.2.0.4安装过程中的 undefined symbol error 错误并继续安装，软件安装过程将会在没有错误的情况下成功结束
02) 下载并安装patch 19692824
03) 为11.2.0.4的HOME设置诸如ORACLE_HOME, PATH等等的环境变量，并使用下面的命令来重新编译失败的target

     $ make -f $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/lib/ins_emagent.mk agent nmhs
