Defining Flexible Analyses

Usage 用法

Using flexible analyses you can create your own reports, define layouts, and generate new key figures using mathematical formulae that refer to present key figures.

From the Flexible Analyses node, choose Evaluation ® Create.

On the Create Evaluation: Initial Screen, enter the following data:

The Create Evaluation: Definition screen appears.

Choose Characteristics,then select a Characteristic.

Choose Key Figures, then choose your preferred key figures(For example Purchase order value and Purchase orders) from the selection list.

Choose Copy+Close, then in the next window choose Copy again.

Place the cursor on a key figure and choose Enter formula.

Enter a Description (For example, Average).

To choose the first key figure (For example Purchase order value), double-click on it. Enter a mathematical operator (/) and choose the second key figure (For example Purchase orders) by double clicking on it. In this case the formula calculates the average purchase order value for each purchase order.

Choose Adopt. 选定采用.
You can now generate the analysis by choosing Evaluation ® Generate.

We do not recommend that you add too many formulae to this demo system. Create only a few analyses and display these by choosing Evaluation ® Execute.

The Evaluate Transport dialog box appears.
