普通JavaEE项目的Maven POM配置(2015年3月)

其中有两个需要注意的地方

1. poi只能支持到3.10.1，版本修改为3.11则报错，暂时不知道具体原因是什么
   
2. 注意这里：

json-lib有两种不同的JDK实现。
