The features of the film faced plywood

There are many kinds of film faced plywood such as brown film faced plywood, black film faced plywood, anti slip film faced plywood, green color plastic film faced plywood, red color polyster film faced plywood and so on.
The users can also require to print the own logo or the other name on the films. The common logos are marineplex, korinplex, dyneaplex etc.
The typical features of the film faced plywood are as belows:
1. The PP plastic films are without toxic, anti fire with the melting point 165 degree, which are with strong resistance to water, abrasion, acid and chemical.
2. All the sheets are bonded by the high density phenolic resin- the best phenolic WBP glue that can resist 72h water boiling and no delamination. The bonding are in compliance with EN314-2 ClASS 3 exterior.
3. All the finished core plywood are via two times high pressure and temperature, and both sides are sanded well. The core of thefilm faced plywood are made up by the A grade Eucalyptus wood veneers, all the sheets are made up from the top grade veneers which are with no holes, gaps, inclusion etc.
4. The cycling use time is more than 30 times.
5. Based on the above performance, the film faced plywood are easy to be installed, cut, sawed, drilled and can be with stood high concrete pressure(70KN). And they can be dismantled easily and the time is only 1/7 of the other steel mould. The concrete finish is smooth and neat after dismantling, Also they can keep surface warm and can be comfortably used for construction in winter.
