4月28日下午，由“千人计划”专家联谊会海创智库科技服务中心主办、上海美迪西生物医药有限公司承办的“协同创新，合作共赢”新药研发合作论坛在上海张江高科技园区浦东人才城成功举办。作为全国巡回的系列活动，为了达到高效深入合作的目的，此次论坛对报名和邀请的人数做了要求和限制，报名参会的12位千人计划专家代表和4位嘉宾达成了9个可发展项目，并计划利用千人计划创新创业平台强强联合，以期增加更多的合作交流机会。

During the April28 afternoon, the New Drug R & D Collaboration Forum co-hosted by“Thousands Expert Program” and Shanghai Medicilon Inc with the theme“Collaborative Innovation, Cooperation to Win-Win” was successfully held inShanghai Pudong Recreation Center of Talent City.  As a national tour of activities and purposeof collaboration, the number of attendants has been limited in numbers and somerestrictions.  The 12 registered expertsfrom “Thousand Experts Program” along with 4 special guests agreed for 9 innovativecollaboration projects.  The expertsutilized the “Thousand Experts Program” as a platform for increasing thecollaboration opportunities.

 

本次论坛也是海创智库（千人计划）科技服务中心针对“协同创新，合作共赢”千人计划新药协同创新系列活动的首场主题论坛，旨在积极召集长三角地区对新药研发有协同合作共同开发、项目资金、项目对接或外包等需求的企业，搭建洽谈合作平台。本期推出的嘉宾是美迪西CEO陈春麟博士。美迪西借雄厚的科研实力和自主创新能力成为目前CRO企业的佼佼者，一直致力为新药研发的相关企业和机构建立创新合作模式，并搭建多个协作创新的合作平台。陈春麟博士是首批千人专家之一，目前已经与多位千人专家合作成功。

The“Collaborative Innovation, Cooperation to Win-Win” Forum was the first evertheme forum hosted by “Thousands Expert Program”.  Its purpose is to develop collaborationbetween CROs and pharmaceutical company within Yangtze River Delta EconomicRegion.  With the solid scientificresearch strength and innovation ability, Medicilon becomes the leader in theCRO industry.  Medicilon keens on tocollaborate with new drug-related enterprises and establish the collaborationplatforms.  Dr. Chunlin Chen, CEO ofMedicilon, is one of the experts from “Thousand Experts Program”.  Dr. Chen has already worked with severalexperts from “Thousand Experts Program”.

 

活动由千人计划专家联谊会生物医药与生命科学专委会处金凤莲主持，上半场专家分别进行了项目介绍和互动提问，下半场由陈春麟博士主导议题讨论，与会人员针对千人计划专家发展项目合作等议题展开互动交流，现场气氛热烈。与会千人计划专家希望利用各自开发的新药，通过复旦大学上海药物创制产业化开发中心平台、美迪西的新药评估和申报平台，以及苏州晶云药业的晶体评价平台，尽快推进新药的开发和申报。

         Theforum was chaired by Ms. Jinfeng Lian, an expert from “Thousand ExpertsProgram” - Biomedicine and Life Sciences. The first part of the forum was the project presentation and Q&Atime, while the second part of the forum was the seminar leaded by Dr. ChunlinChen.  The seminar participants hadfruitful discussion on the project collaborations.  With the help of drug development platform byFudan University,new drug IND filing platform by ShanghaiMedicilon and crystal evaluation platform by Crystal Pharmatech, the expertshope these platforms could help speeding up their new drug development and IND filing.
