使用VS+Xamarin.Forms运行Android程序是报如下错误：

The project ProjectName.Droid needs to be deployed before it can be started. 

Verify the project is selected to be deployed in the Solution

Configuration Manager.

这是因为在解决方案中没有设置启动部署项目，执行以下操作：

1. 右击解决方案；

2. 选择“配置管理器”；

3. 在配置管理器中勾选需要部署的项目后面“部署”复选框。

4. 运行，OK。
