Customized Article Master - 商品主数据客制化

 

In the article maintenance you can maintain all the views connected with article maintenance in  their correct sequence.

 可以根据顺序依次维护商品主数据所有视图内的数据。

 The individual data screens that correspond to the individual views are also sub-divided into  several subscreens.

 每个视图下的数据屏幕又可以分解成多个子屏幕。

 

 The subscreens group several data fields together according to different aspects of data  maintenance.

 子屏幕内包含了根据不同方面的数据字段。

 

 

Customized dialog boxes for article master maintenance enable you to extract data from various  views in a compact form, on as few screens as possible. They also enable you to integrate your own fields, create customized dialog boxes and speed up the process of transferring data.

  物料主数据中的定制对话框允许用户从不同的视图中抽取数据形成一个紧凑的数据结构。同样可以集成需要的字段，组建一个定制对话框用来加速数据传输。

  The screen sequence contains a choice of data screens.

Your own subscreens are necessary if alternative field groupings or new fields are required.

 如果选择字段分组或者新字段为必输时，则需要自定义的子屏幕。

 

  To create your own subscreens, you need to copy the standard program into your own function  group (see IMG instructions). Then create the desired subscreens in the new function group.

  创建自定义子屏幕时，必须拷贝标准的程序至自定义的功能组中。然后在新的功能组中创建需要的子屏幕。

 You can only integrate fields from your own tables and your own subscreen containers into the  existing program by using modifying functions.

 只能根据自定义的后台表来集成字段，并且只能在现有的程序中通过使用修改函数来集成自定义的子屏幕。

 

  

  

  You can configure your own article master in SAP Retail. To do this, you need to maintain  various influencing factors and user default values.

        1. Screen reference 'Transaction': You control which screens triggered by the transaction code  are displayed in the article master record maintenance and in which sequence they appear. The values that are valid for this screen reference are fixed and cannot be set by the user.

            屏幕参考"事物代码"：通过事物代码，可以控制哪些屏幕可以在商品主数据维护中显示，并且按照哪种顺序。这些值只针对参考屏幕有效，并且不能由用户设置。

        2. Screen reference 'User':  You control which screens connected with the user are displayed for article master record maintenance and in which sequence they appear. Users are automatically divided into groups by assigning the same screen references.

            屏幕参考"用户"：通过用户，可以控制哪些屏幕可以在商品主数据维护中显示，并且按照哪种顺序。用户通过分配至相同的参考屏幕来自动分组。

        3. Screen reference 'Article type':  You control which article type screens are displayed in the article master record maintenance and in which sequence they appear.

            屏幕参考"商品类型"：通过商品类型，可以控制哪些屏幕可以在商品主数据维护中显示，并且按照哪种顺序。用户通过分配至相同的参考屏幕来自动分组。

        4. Screen reference 'Sector':  You control which screens are displayed in the article master record maintenance regarding the industry sector and in which sequence they appear.

            屏幕参考"部门"：通过部门，可以控制哪些屏幕可以在商品主数据维护中显示，并且按照哪种顺序。用户通过分配至相同的参考屏幕来自动分组。
