weblogic启动缓慢解决方案 . 启动到<Info> <Management> <BEA-141107>卡住不动

（一）遇到场景

weblogic启动到上面2个红色标注的地方，日志不滚动，一直处于停滞情况，要等好久才能往下执行。

（二）解决办法:

这是SUN,JDK一个bug解决办法是在weblogic启动脚本里setDomainEnv.sh: 加入以下内容

JAVA_OPTIONS="${JAVA_OPTIONS} -Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom"
export JAVA_OPTIONS
