Cisco AnyConnect 与 Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) 服务不兼容

安装 Cisco AnyConnect 时提示 “The VPN client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot”

最近 Cisco AnyConnect 总是连接不上，很多国外的东西查不了，很是着急，也查不出哪有问题，只能把 AnyConnect 卸载后再重新安装。

安装到80%的时候出了问题，显示”The VPN client agent was unable to create the interprocess communication depot”。有提示就好办啊，最怕闷头罢工的软件了。搜之，在 Cisco 的网站上找到了解决方案：关闭 Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) 服务。

原因估计是软件觉得这种 share 模式不安全，所以想用手机 share VPN 链接的方式估计不成。不过FAQ中也提到了，这种模式是可以的：
