vs2013 boost 安装问题若干

最近RP太差，安装环境出现各种BUG，ubuntu出现网络上不去的各种问题，晚上安装boost都出现问题。

打开log文件

于Google一番

没有实质的解决方案，但是总结起来貌似是环境变量有问题

在系统path中增加了

C:\Windows\System32

重启机器

问题解决。
