ORA-32004: obsolete or deprecated parameter(s) specified for RDBMS instance

今天数据库升级过程中遇到了下面问题：

过期的参数什么的，看下告警日志，

 在 11g 中background_dump_dest、 user_dump_dest 被参数diagnostic_dest 替代
