解决方法：重新安装TortoiseSVN，运行安装包，选择“修改”，然后增加对svn命令模式工具的安装。使用CMD命令，进入命令画面，进度到TortoiseSVN安装目录，执行svn cleanup命令。即svn cleanup d:\xxxxsvn系统会显示错误地方，进行相应的修正即可。比如我在本地因为吧“~$2013-11-18-3-3介绍资料初版byzxh.pptx”文件删除了。
