Career for coding

the second day in a new company  or IT team.

It is a group which used to work in IBM, whose teamers are very nice. Since they are not satisfied with the life they live (though their pay are more than million a year....).

they are very concentrated and work very hard, at the same time they enjoy their day fully. they know how to balance the work and life. Especially they have their own philosophy and acumen. I have to confirm that I was totally surprised and changed my view of coders. In school, we know very few about the world,work,society. we are largely confused and missled  by media or the mass!  what we know about coders (or you know "diaosi" ) mostly negatively.

make everyday counts, keep learning ,thinking, doing.
