在使用Matlab连接Mysql数据库的时候常常出现这个问题，最后发现因为使用的是网上的数据库，通过本地的Mysql创建一个本地的工作区间，而出现上面的问题，原因很简单，电脑没联网。。。。

错误信息如下：
