web容器读取配置文件过程中的一个问题

前面的action是本人自己加进去的,后面的action_temp则是Weblogic在加载过程中自己添上去的,什么时候加进去的本人不知道.从前以为是有人故意加去的,我就删去了,但后来就报错了,还原后就没问题了.

为了观察,我调低了日记级别,发现后面一个反而先加载,两个的加载过程几乎是一样的.
