形容词inborn，内在的，先天的，与生俱来的（Innate, inherited, possessed by an organism at birth）。

几个建立自信的建议：

　　Pass on the praise. 赞扬他人。
　　Dress for success. 扬长避短地打扮。
　　Learn to highlight your positive attribute. 学会突出自己正面的品质特点。
　　When in doubt, pretend you know what you're doing.
　　当犹豫不决时候，佯装你知道自己在做什么。
