lubuntu使用cpufrequtils调节cpu频率，为笔记本电脑节能

ubuntu的缺省cpu频率调节服务为ondemand，将cpu设置为频率按需要调整。参见/etc/init.d/ondemand设置，启动后60秒，设置为ondemand。

多数情况下，笔记本电脑不需要ondemand，需要节能。

为了方便设置cpu频率，安装cpufrequtils:sudo apt-get install cpufrequtils。

再安装 sysv-rc-conf:sudo apt-get install sysv-rc-conf

首先使用sysv-rc-conf停止ondemand服务

然后使用cpufreq-set -c 0 -g powersave设置cpu0节能频率等。

如果要开机启动时设置，编辑 /etc/init.d/cpufrequtils脚本，找到 GOVERNOR，改为 GOVERNOR="powersave"。开机启动就自动设置为powersave。参阅该脚本，也可以设置为其他频率方式。
