windows命令行不能执行pull、fetch、push问题解决办法

问题描述：

使用TortoiseGit右键菜中的pull、fetch、push命令可以正常执行，但是切换到命令行下面则会报

Permission denied (publickey,keyboard-interactive).  
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.                                                           
Please make sure you have the correct access rights  
and the repository exists.         

解决办法：

1. 下载plink.exe。下载地址：http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html 

2. 将下载的plink.exe放到TortoiseGit的安装目录下面，一般为：C:\Program Files\TortoiseGit\bin；

3. 设置环境变量。在系统环境变量中添加GIT_SSH。名称为GIT_SSH，不能错，值为plink.exe的路径。
