eclipse修改dynamic web module version

项目初建时使用的是JDK1.8搭Tomcat8，现在想更换为JDK1.7搭Tomcat7。

第一步，右击项目>Properties-->Java Build Path-->修改JDK

第二步，Project Facets-->修改

ERROR1:cannot change version of project facet Dynamic Web Module to 3.0

手动修改项目下.settings目录下面的xxx.xxx.xxx.project.facet.core.xml文件，

ERROR2:access restriction : The type BASE64Decoder is not accessible due to restriction on required library C:\Program files\java\jre7\lib\rt.jar.

只需要在project build path中先移除JRE System Library，再添加库JRE System Library，重新编译后就一切正常了。
