字节流与字符流

获取某个文件下的文字：

    File file = new File("C:/a.txt");    //获取文件的地址
  InputStream in = null;
  BufferedReader br = null;
  InputStreamReader is = null;
  try {
   in = new FileInputStream(fs);
   is = new InputStreamReader(in);
   br = new BufferedReader(is);
   
   String len = null;
   while((len=br.readLine())!=null){
    System.out.println(len);
   }
  } catch (Exception e) {   
   e.printStackTrace();
  } finally{
   try {
    br.close();
    is.close();
    in.close();
   } catch (IOException e) {

使用字节流，比如读取写入图片：

   //目的文件，因为要向其中写入，指定文件可以不存在，由程序生成
