1. Update your testlog(or any your test case monitor tool),to ensure the bug will be check before next UAT so that you can avoid the bug occur in next UAT.A repeat bug will massively decrease your reliability to user

2. Update your Pivotal tracker(or any your bug tracking tool),to ensure at least one person are following to those bug.And you should communicate with client to ensure you get your client opinions clearly to avoid your colleague call it sperately which make a unprofessional impression.
