reboot后CICS启动不了

今天因为DB2的原因重启了服务器，然后发现CICS又启动不了了，google到一个解决方法：

执行/usr/lpp/cics/etc/cicsipc_cfg l后可以启动CICS。

报错信息：

# cat console.msg
