Please give me an introduction to your ODC and your customer.
There are thirteen peoples in our ODC,one team manager and one tester manager,2 tester and the rest are developers.Our customer is the US office of Amada.
The most famous company of the world sheet metal processing(machinery) industry in last century.  industrial automation and manufacturing.

What is your job in Addax ODC,and what are your main responsibilites?
I'm work in our ODC team as a C++ developer to understand requirements and provide robust solution and implementation for projects.My responsibilites are software design and develoment and ongoing maintenance.
my daily work includes codes's analysize,design,coding and testing.Sometimes I need to write a document for it.

You mentioned that you often have to do something.Can you describe the process that you follow to do this?
Can you give me example of a challenge that you've encountered recently,and how you dealt with it?
There is a new change requirement assigned to me,it is more difficult than before.It need to modify many modules and write more codes to implement.

How was your weekend?

Our customer is Amada of America,Amada is the most famous company of the world sheet metal processing industry in the last century.It has been replaced by the involved company of German.It is industrial automation.

Can you bring me up to speed on what your team has been working on recently?
Our team is doing the product upgrade and maintenance for our customer.The software will be released (recently)in the near future.

What's the timeline for this project and what are your upcoming deadlines?
This is a ongoing maintenance and upgrade project.

This is a long term maintenance and upgrade projects.It requires periodic maintenance.It has bugs that need to be found.(It has bugs and defects that will be found by customer or user.)And it will be released every year.My deadline for this CR is next weekend before.I think that is enough.
You said that you use something,can you explain what that is and how it works?
The software called FabriWin.It is similar to the CAD of AutoDesk.
The main function of this software is what workflow of sheet metal fabrication.Win maybe means become the winner of the sheet metal industry.
Amada sheet metal fabrication main parts process flow:
Material->Storage->Blanking->Sorting,Deburring->Bending->Welding->Washing->painting->Next process.
For exmple,You can use the software to load the file(drawing) of the parts or sheet,you can edit the pattern of the drawing,or draw a new pattern for it.And then you can add some tool for the punching,select the laser for the cutting.You can add the sequence for the pattern's fabrication etc.After finish those operation,The software generates the NC(Numerical control) code that is eventually transmitted to your machine controls out on the shop floor.
