1.如果出现Updating local specs repositories，那时因为pod install命令被墙，所以在安装第三方时使用pod install --verbose --no-repo-update

2.如果出现Unable to satisfy the following requirements:- `AFNetworking (~> 3.0)` required by Podfile 则使用使用pod update --verbose （耐心等一下），更新一下本地Podfile文件。AFNetworking的版本过旧.如果仍不行，把podfile和pod文件夹全删了，重新配置fodfile和pod install
