Good evening, everyone. Ladies and gentlemen, it is my great honor to speak here in the S. I remember 14 years ago, when I first come to Hannover, I tried to rent a small booth to sell the Chinese products to the western, to the Europe. It has been a long time to looking for a booth, at that time Hannover was not prosperous, but the trade show was very successful. It is difficult to get a booth; finally we got a small booth. We got the booth, but very few people find us. 8 years ago, we came back again. We try to help the all booth to move them online, help them to sell on Alibaba. It did not work,because at that time people thought   and online are confuse to each other. Today, I come back again. The reason I come back again is try to find the important missing part of the Internet business. In the past 20 century, in the past 20 years, was pretty successful.But one thing that is very strangies that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily for more than 3 years. That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks, they don’t have even honey months.What is the problem? Where is the missing part? So I think that I strongly believe the missing part is in Europe. What is that? Whether we like it or not, in the past 20 years,Internet has ?  a huge impact to the human lives. Everybody believes that Internet has done great things to the world.And also, lots of traditional business hates the Internet, because they destroy their business. But, what the rest is that why internet companies always worry,you see, whether Google, Facebook, eBay and Alibaba, all of these worry every day.So we think there must be a problem. And the problem is that we had to find solutions that how we can be a company live a long and healthy as like Benz. If any industry cannot live more than 3 years, if all the companies cannot live happily for more than 3 years, this industry cannot be a mainstream.So what we want to do is that how we can find a solution? The world is changing so fast; most people don’t realize what is IT, and what is Internet. We are moving very fast to data technology. IT technology and data technology is not the technology difference; it is difference of the way people think, the way people deal with the world. We don’t know what would like in 13 years, and we don’t know what the data would like, but we are sure the whole world in next 13 years will be changed.If the first and second innovation and technology revolution release or liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this revolution release and liberate the strength of human brain, the brain the innovation. The future world, we believe, will be connected not by oil, not by other things,but by data. The future world, the business is C2B, not the B2C, because you have lots of data, because the data, the manufacture must do customerlized(?)things, otherwise manufacture will be very difficult.In the future, all the manufactures make the machines, the machines cannot only produce the products, the machine must talk, the machine must think.And the machine is not going to be supported by oil, by electricity; themachine is going to be supported by data. The future world, business would not focus on the size, standardization and power,they would focus on the flexibility, individuation, customerlization(?) and user friendliness. And also I strongly believe the future world, we are going to have a lot of women leaders, because in the future, people are not only focus on the muscle power,they focus on wisdom,kindness and responsibility. And I think Internet must find the missing part. This missing part is how the clicks and cement can work together, and how we can make sure in the next 13 years the Internet and the real economy can work together. Only clicks and cement can work together, Internet companies can survive, can live happily for next 13 years. And if that economy that we called D-economy and D is not digital economy, we called data economy, and everything is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is going to be beautiful,but the world is very challenge. Apple may not be the future, but Apple tells us what the future would look like,that is something in the machine is moving, that is data. We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, and creativity.And I think everybody working hard try to realize their dreams. Today, because of data, everything becomes true.And I strongly believe that it is not the technology changes the world, is the dream behind technology that changes the world. If the technology changes the world, I would never be here. I am not trained to be a technology, I know nothing about computer, I know very little about the Internet, but I have strong dream that we want to help small business. So 14 years ago, we came here to sell Chinese products to Europe,that were not work; 14 years later, we try to help European small business to China, to the world, by using the Internet. It is the dream that drives the world, is not only the technology. So ladies and gentlemen, let’s work hard, it is a fantastic world, it is the world belongs to young people, it is the world belongs to the future.
