解决smarty中文字符截取

修改smarty目录下plugins\modifier.truncate.php,复制一份文件，另存为modifier.truncate_cn.php文件如下

用法：{$name|truncate_cn:”15”:”……”}

错误：(secure mode) modifier truncate_cn is not allowed

主要是你启用了smarty的$security功能。解决办法：给smarty配置文件加入允许使用的函数 :

$smarty->security_settings[‘MODIFIER_FUNCS’]
