Compile kernel-4.2.4 with gcc-4.4

Cannot use CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_STRONG: -fstack-protector-strong not supported by compiler

Because the gcc compiler is too old.

Compile gcc-4.9.3 frome source and install.
