<span style="font-size: 18.18181800842285px;">1.DicomImageReadParam由ImageReadParam继承而来，可参照JPEGImageReadParam，只不过读取的为Dicom文件，在将dicom文件作为普通图片类进行读取时，对dicom文件中一些涉及作为普通图像显示的参数进行设置。</span>

2.DicomImageReadParam：设置/返回窗宽、窗位。
