Android 自定义设置图片模糊度、高斯模糊效果

最近项目中有需要到“毛玻璃”效果,网上找一下,千篇一律。高谈阔论扯淡的多,真正有用的没几个!

借助此文,做修改之后,实现效果!我只是个搬运工,在此表示感谢!
