获得ArcEngine图标和arcengine的汉化方法

arcengine所有与控件有关

放在C:/Program Files/ArcGIS/Bin目录

直接使用.net 打开对应的dll,就可以获得相应的资源信息，如图标，

修改对应字符串，就可以汉化
