svn Changing directory 'xxxxxxx' is forbidden by the server 解决方案

自己用idea 集成的subversion 做了一下checkout，然后去本地目录里提交就出现了如下错误
Error: Commit failed (details follow): Error: Changing directory 'xxxxxxx' is forbidden by the server Error: Access to Error: 'xxxxxxxx' Error: forbidden Completed!:
后面google说可能是权限问题，接着去改权限为完全控制还是不行
记得以前连不上时直接清除验证数据，如下图，结果成功了
