SharePoint 2013 Open File Explorer Error

Issue:

When I upload a file into Document Library, I want to open File Explorer by click "Upload files using Windows Explorer instead". But the system popup a error message: "We're having a problem opening this location in File Explorer, Add this web site to your Trusted site list and try again"

Solution:

From the error message, I tried to add this web site to trusted Zoom, but it did not work. So I search a bit in the Internet, I found that we should install

1. Open Server Manager

2. Click "Add Roles And Features"

3. Go to next until features page, you will find "User Interface and Infrastructure"

4. Open it and check "Desk Experience".

5. Install it and reboot the computer.
