IEEE的latex模板的单双栏设置方法

一般为IEEE journal投稿时可以提供两个版本供选择：

一个单栏，给那些要打印出来并在边上写字的审稿人用；

另一个双栏的杂志格式（模板默认的格式），给他们看最终的效果，也是接收后的格式。

latex的模板都是网站上的同一个即双栏的格式。
