base64转码

Base64是网络上最常见的用于传输8Bit字节代码的编码方式之一,可用于在HTTP环境下传递较长的标识信息。最近在公司里面做了一个上传自定义图片的功能。就用到了base64转码。将二进制数据转换成base64数据,然后通过post方式提交给网站。
