环境搭建笔记（一）——Maven配置Struts2+Spring4+Mybatis3运行环境

Java弄Jar包还是一个很麻烦的事情的！最近SSM框架用的也比较多！昨天用Maven配置了一个框架！将pom.xml文件中代码贴上，里面表明了其中了框架所需要的基础Jar包！直接贴上代码：
