             means very rich.

      means  dirty,   
    不洁的, 污秽的, 丑恶的; 猥亵的; 道德败坏的,[俚]有钱的, 富有的

consistent    <->    constant
consistent      adj. 
一贯的， 始终如一的
和...一致的（with）
坚实的， 浓厚的
相容的， 相符［合］的
be a consistent friend to sb.
是某人的忠实朋友
He is not consistent in his action.
他的行动前后不一致。
What you say is not consistent with what you do.
你言行不一。

constant      adj.
经常的， 不断的, 稳定的， 不变的(不断的，表示持续和惯常的重现，往往没有变化)
Matter is in constant motion and constant change.
at a constant speed  以恒速

rain check  
 means to post  something to a later day usually something you want to do.
 EG:   Can I have a rain check?  
         Can I have get a rain check?
                        Would it be ok to take a rain check?

The straw that broke the camel’s back     /   “The last straw”
               Means the last thing that happened before you get angry.

(to)  have a hunch
  Means a good guess/feeling that something will happen.
 hunch         n   [美俗]预感; 疑心      

习惯用语
have a hunch that... [口](不知道为什么)总预感到...; 总怀疑...
play one's hunch  凭预感(或直觉)行事
EG:
I have a hunch that something will happen.

加薪：raise
I am going to ask the boss for a raise.

punctual         adj.
准时的, 严守时间的, 按期的; 正[精]确的
EG:
She expected guests to be punctual at meals;
He is not a particularly punctual person;
It is important to be punctual;
