UC Berkeley系列

We are extending technology to aid persons who have experienced a stroke, spinal cord injuries or medical conditions that obligate them to use a wheelchair.

Raytheon:XOS

2000年,XOS从14个类似的装备中脱颖而出,被美国国防部高级研究计划署1,并且把打算它应用在军队中。
美国一家国防部承包商Raytheon收购Sarcos,继续外骨骼的研究,并推出XOS2

XOS 2由一系列结构、传感器、传动装置以及控制器构成,由高压液压驱动。借助于这种外骨骼,佩戴者可轻松将200磅(约合90公斤)重的重物举起几百次同时不会感到疲劳,此外还可重复击穿3英寸(约合7.62 厘米)厚的木板。

日本筑波大学:HAL

日本筑波大学与机器人公司Cyberdyne共同研发HAL2。

HAL分为支持腿的HAL3和全部支持的HAL5。

Ekso Bionics原为Berkely Bionics,剥离自Berkeley。

ReWalk

ReWalk来自一家以色列创业公司,采用电动腿部辅助系统。

REX Bionics

REX Bionics是一家新西兰创业公司。
