非sys用户连接全部报错

问题解决
SQL>connsys/sys@pgjtassysdba
SQL>@d:/oracle/ora92/rDBMS/admin/catalog.sql
居然还是假死状，执行下面操作，没问题了
SQL>shutdownabort;
ORACLEinstanceshutdown.
SQL>startup
ORACLEinstancestarted.
