重建 BCD

Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem
Could not read from selected boot disk
Check boot path and disk hardware

启动到 Windows Recovery Environment，执行：
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd

会描述到不同分区上的 Windows，提示是否需要加到 BCD 中。

也可以执行：
Bcdedit.exe

创建新的 BCD
复制已有的 BCD
