　　之前笔者曾经介绍过使用dreamweaver的插件实现定制IE浏览器的滚动条，现在已经有人写出了快速制作此种代码的小软件，让不懂CSS（层叠样式表）的网友轻松上手，让熟悉CSS的网友解除繁琐的代码敲打。

　　Cool Web Scrollbars拥有简单的明了的操作界面，让人看了一目了然：

　　软件界面的左栏是预览窗口，为了方便观看与制作效果，软件把浏览器的滚动条放大了，当我们在右边设定了项目的颜色值之后，立刻可以把设定的效果显示出来，所见即所得。

　　右边的color栏是设置窗口，每一组英文对应滚动条的项目。“哇，英文！我不懂英文，怎么办？”，不爱学英文的人说。“我不知道英文代表的项目!”，另一些人又说。不用担心，软件设计者完全考虑到了这个问题，只要把鼠标移动到左栏的任何一个滚动条项目上，右边的相应英文就会以红色显示，这样是不是很清楚了呢？！双击左栏的任何一个滚动条项目，相应的颜色组就会反白显示，这就更加方便了！

　　点击color栏最后的画板小按钮，在弹出的窗口中选择颜色，相应的设置项就显示出该颜色的16进制数值，与此同时，预览窗口相应位置也显示出了设定的颜色。
