android低版本（4.4以下）sip无法接受

这个问题遇见几次了，一直都没有记录，再次出现又忘了，还是记以下

测试4.1.2 /4.2.2的android系统版本时，ip2ip无法接听来电，wireshark抓包显示包发送过来了。但是C套接字recv就是没有。在网上搜索

发现https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=34727这个解决办法。

This issue is duplicated by https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=34727 but they did identify a workaround of not using port 5060 on either source or destination for the TCP connection.

客户端和服务端都不要使用sip默认端口5060。
