appium在使用uiautomatorviewer.bat获得页面元素的使用方法

正确的使用方法应该是先停掉appium，然后执行uiautomatorviewer.bat，然后去抓取手机端的页面元素就可以了。
注：我的uiautomatorviewer.bat位置在D:\android-sdk\tools\uiautomatorviewer.bat
