vs2013执行Add-Migration出现的问题

1、

无法将“Add-Migration”项识别为 cmdlet、函数、脚本文件或可运行程序的名称。请检查名称的拼写，如果包括路径，请确保路径正确，然后再试一次

我用的第二个方法解决的：执行如下名称（Import-Module 项目路径\packages\EntityFramework.6.1.3（EF版本）\tools\EntityFramework.psd1）

2、报 No migrations configuration type was found in the assembly 'Nop.Data'. (In Visual Studio you can use the Enable-Migrations command from Package Manager Console to add a migrations configuration). 错误

执行  Enable-Migrations –EnableAutomaticMigrations
