这一篇继上一篇(机器学习实践之手写数字识别 - 数据初识)
这一篇主要对测试集数据(train.csv)进行简单特征分析,并进行简单线性回归识别。
识别率能够达到家 85%左右,没识别正确的数据也打印出来,方便对数据进行进一步分析。
代码中分为两个独立部分, 对一个文件的修改不需要调整另外的文件:
特征提取部分代码主要把结果输出到train.txt文件中
验证数据部分主要对train.txt数据进行分析,并输出结果。
机器学习分类
根据提供数据中包含输出数据的情况可把数据为了:监督学习,非监督学习及半监督学习。
监督学习:数据中包含输入数据,及其对应的输出数据。感知机,决策树,线性回归,逻辑回归, 支持向量机等机器学习算法
非监督学习: 数据中包含输入数据,不提供输出数据。聚类算法等
半监督学习: 数据中包含输入数据,只提供部分输出数据。增强学习等
由于提供的数据中,有原始数据(28*28*8维), 及输出结果,所以这是一个典型的监督学习的例子。
特征选择
机器学习的算法基本都是公开的, 每个算法处理逻辑都是一样。难度主要集中在两个方面:
1. 如何系统组合每个算法解决问题, 这里解决问题只能是更优的问题,如让识别率从90%提升到95%
2. 如果选择特征, 这是机器学习的关键问题,解决识别率到达90%的问题。特
输入数据的区别分为:
原始数据: 如当前问题的 28*28*8维的数据。
特征工程: 人工帮助抽取特征,如当前的对称性,密度之类的
深度学习: 让机器自己来学特征。
本次实验先人工来分特征,先选的特征有:
1. 长宽比: 如1的长宽比较小
2. 空间密度:把数据分为左上, 左下,右上,右下四个方位的密度来分。 如0时四个方向相差不大。
3. 数据横向切片数: 1时切段数都为1. 7时也大部分为1,其它的都可能有1有2.
4. 切片数为1时的位置: 有靠左,有靠右,有靠上, 有靠下,有在数字中间问题。
5. 平均切片长度,及最长的数。
6. 数字中有圈的个数。

初步线性回归识别
线性回归分析采用sklearn来进行实现。
算法:
每个线性回归只对两个数字进行分类, 这样只相当于作是非题,查对简单。
一共组织了45个线性回归器来实现两两识别。
最后统计45个识别器的识别结果,占数最多的为识别结果。
