java WEB 配置文件的读取

在项目开发过程中，为了方便项目的部署，提高代码的灵活性，不把参数在代码中写死，可以通过配置文件来配置参数。

配置文件名称：config.properties

内容： #Excel存放路径
Excel.path=D:\\solr\\rcqjl
#项目地址
file.url=http://10.9.11.177:9080/file

Java 读取配置文件：
