fuel: 安装onos的两种节点选择方式

目前fuel8的部署基本如下，

1 controller， onos controller（二者合体）

1个计算节点

文中提到

with parameter -b Kilo, onos service is in a new node. During deployment, you need assign a new node with onos role after selecting onos plugin. Configuraion is places in templates/virtual_environment/conf/new_node.

whie parameter -b 7.1, onos service is in controllers. During deployment, just assign nodes with controllers and computes after selecting onos plugin. Configuraion is places in templates/virtual_environment/conf/no_node.

目前fuel 8用的是openstack L，按照opnfv pharos的configuration guide，是采用onos/controller合体方式。（引文我目前找不到FIXME）

2 在onosfw官网说fuel支持cluster onos，但我并没有试。
