1. 出现这个问题的原因，主要是由其它都程序打开了一个 adb，尝试连接。在后台退出这些程序，重启android studio就可以了。

2.最近发现一个第三方都也会开启一个adb的后台进程，在网上找了很久，自己始终没找到是那个一个程序，也看过很多例子，讲得事实而非，始终不能成功，后面自己重装电脑，重新安装后，发现不会出现这个问题，说明是之前安装了某一个软件，导致开启了一个adb都进程。

3.重现这个问题，电脑重装开发了几天后，不知道是安装了什么软件，有出现了上面都问题。

4.最终解决办法（解决后不会再出现这个问题）：

a).退出所有程序。

b).打开任务管理器。

c).右键点击adb. 打开adb的位置。

d).找到占用adb都程序，在服务上关闭，或者卸载掉这个程序。

e).问题解决。
