Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.1.xsd'

SSM框架测试时，有个一个问题。Junit进行单元是测试时提示如下报错：

“Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.3.0.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not ”

在beans.xml里面的头配置

http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.3.0.xsdhttp://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context.3.0xsd"

改为

http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsdhttp://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context.xsd"
